1. Deposit Policy

A deposit secures your spot on our schedule. This ensures we have committed production days just for your project. Deposits are not just for materials — they protect both sides from last-minute cancellations and lost time.


2. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. We can’t reshuffle projects on short notice without major delays and costs.


3. Utility Locate Policy

We call 811 for public utility locates. However, private lines (such as sprinkler systems, gas lines after the meter, landscape lighting, etc.) are not marked. We are not responsible for unmarked private utilities unless discussed in advance and clearly identified by the customer.


4. Fence Placement

We build where you tell us to build. Property pins must be visible before we begin. If unsure, we recommend hiring a surveyor. We are not liable for disputes over property lines after install.


5. Change Orders

Any changes after the estimate must be submitted in writing. We’ll provide an updated price before changes are made.


6. Weather Delays

Oklahoma weather is unpredictable. Rain or heavy wind may cause delays. We’ll keep you informed, and we’ll never rush work just to stay on schedule.


7. Payment Policy

Final payment is due upon completion of your project, following the final walkthrough. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards (processing fees may apply).


8. Warranty

Our steel-frame gates come with a lifetime warranty against sagging. Other workmanship warranties vary by project and material, and are always listed on your estimate.


9. Communication

We value clear, respectful communication. We’ll update you throughout your project and are always available to answer questions.
